Our automated state-of the art acid zinc electro plating line offers a bright zinc coating per ASTM B633. Our tanks fit parts up to 12’ x 5‘ x 17”.
For fast, consistent welding we utilize our 6 welding robots with work zones of up to 12′ X 3′
We have various size machining centers for products that require drilling, threading, chamfering, etching and countersinking of parts up to 55” long.
Our 4000 Watt fiber solid state lasers with brightline technology cuts sheet / plate steel up to 1” x 5’ x 10’ equipped with dual loading units for maximum efficiency and faster cutting times.
We can bend and form parts as small as ¼” and up to 10’ wide on our 70 to 250 ton press brakes.
Our weld staff maintains AWS certified welders to ensure we are staying on the forefront of quality and standards for all weldment applications.
Our plasma tables are HD cutting systems with true hole technology and beveling capabilities up to 45 degrees. These tables can cut sheet/plate steel up to 1.5” thick x 6’ X 26’.
